Feature Overview: The Partner Dashboard
Your Partner Dashboard is where you will manage anything related to your Giving Day on the platform. In this support article, we will review the different sections of the Dashboard to help you better understand what you can accomplish using each of them.
Feature Availability
Only Giving Day Hosts can view, access, and manage the Partner Dashboard.
Details
Details
Under the 'Details' tab, you can manage basic details about your Giving Day, such as the title, URL, and dates and times it will begin and end.
You can also find the options to customize settings related to:
accepted payment methods
fees
filters on the 'Search' page
sharing your organization's socials
administrative access

The 'Content & Design' tab expands to allow you to include your organization's branding on your Giving Day site, build sections of your landing page, and create and manage custom pages.
Landing Page Builder

The "Landing Page Builder" Page page provides flexibility to what appears on the home page of your site. You can customize each phase from pre-registration to post-giving. To edit footer contact information, navigate to the bottom of the page to the section titled "Footer".

Custom Pages
Custom Pages
Any custom content that you want visible for your donors or participating organizations can be added through the "Custom Pages" page. GiveGab provides multiple page templates that are easy to customize to fit your Giving Day's needs. Some examples of frequently used custom pages are FAQs, Nonprofit Toolkit, and Terms of Service.

Prizes
The "Prizes" page is where you will set up and award prizes through GiveGab's prize picker! The "Prizes" page allows you to choose whether to award prizes automatically, or manually, and you can even highlight specific prizes on your landing page.

Sponsors

To highlight your Giving Day's sponsors on the landing page, you will add them by editing "Sponsors". To get here, select the dropdown "Content & Design" from the sidebar then select the page "Landing Page Builder". Selecting "Sponsors" allows you to add sponsor name, logo, website, sponsorship level, and rank.

The "Business Fundraisers" page allows you to set up a default welcome message for business fundraisers toolkit and set a default cover photo for business fundraiser pages. Through this page you can also search for business fundraisers, invite fundraisers, and export a .CSV of all fundraisers.

The "Donations" page is where all donation information lives. On the "Donations" page, you can search by name or email, donation type (online, offline, match, etc.), or release status. The "Donations" page is also where you add offline donations in single or bulk and export a CSV of donations.
