How do I navigate my Partner Dashboard Analytics?

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

From your Partner Dashboard, click to expand the 'Analytics' tab on the left navigation panel.

Step 2: View your stats

Click the arrows to read more information about each tab:

General

This page will give you a general breakdown of your Giving Day's overall statistics.

  • Total Stats: The total amount raised during the giving day event, the total number of donors that contributed to the event, and the total number of donations received.

  • Online Stats: The total amount donations raised online during the giving day event, the total number of online donors, and the total number of online donations.

  • Offline Stats: The total amount donations raised offline during the giving day event, the total number of offline donors, and the total number of offline donations.

  • Fees: the percentage total number of donors that covered the fees for your event's received contribution.

  • Matches & Challenges : The total amount of match and/or challenge dollars raised, the number of matched donors, and the number of matched donations for the event.

  • Prizes: The total amount of prize dollars raised during the giving day event and total number of donations that qualified for prizes.

  • Donor Advised Fund (DAF): The total amount DAF dollars raised during the giving day event, the total number of donors that contributed to DAF, and the total number of donations received towards DAF during the giving day event.

  • Other Offline: Other miscellaneous offline donations that fall into their own unique category. This reflects the total amount of additional offline donations raised during the giving day event, the total number of donors that contributed to other offline donations, and the total number of additional offline donations received.

Donor Insights

  • Average Donation Amount: The combined average donation amount raised between online/offline donations during the giving day event, the average donation amount raised online - independently, and the average donation amount raised offline - independently.

  • Average Donor Amount: The combined average of donor contribution amounts raised between online/offline donations during the giving day event, the average donor contribution amount raised online - independently, and the average donor contribution amount raised offline - independently.

  • Average Donations Per Donor: The combined average of the number of donor gifts contributed online/offline during the giving day event, the average number of donor gifts contributed online - independently, and the average number of donor gifts contributed offline - independently.

  • New Donors

  • Payment Methods: The total number of mobile pay donations and the total donation amount raised under mobile pay. The total number of ACH donations and the total donation amount raised under ACH donations.

  • Miscellaneous: The total amount of Text-To-Give donations raised and the total number of Text-To-Give donations received. The total amount of Tip-The-Host donations raised and the total number of Tip-The-Host donations received.

Participation

This page will highlight the number of Organizations and Support Areas that registered to participate in your Giving Day. A corresponding graph will show a timeline of when those participants submitted their registration.

Here, you will also find an outline of other key stats such as:

  • the average raised per organization

  • the average donors per organization

  • the average donations per organization

  • the average raised with fundraisers

  • the average raised without fundraisers

  • the average raised with Matches & Challenges

  • the average raised without Matches & Challenges

Year-Over-Year

This page compares statistics from your Giving Days over the years you may find useful for planning and reporting.

Site Traffic

For data to populate on this page, make sure you configure the Google Analytics property on the Socials & Integrations page, which you can manage under your organization's 'Details' tab.
