Once your organization has been verified with Stripe, GiveGab's payment processor, it’s no longer possible to update this information within GiveGab. Stripe immediately tokenizes (anonymizes & encrypts) this information as part of their PCI Level 1 Security Compliance and is therefore not accessible or editable to the GiveGab team.

If you need to change or update any of your bank account or verification information, follow the steps below.

Update Organization Representative

If you need to edit the organization representative associated with your banking information, you can do so by filling out the following form:

For full instructions on updating your Organization Representative, click here.

Note: Never submit your personal information to GiveGab via email or chat.

Protect your identity by only sending private information via our provided, secure forms.

Update Bank Account Information

If your banking information needs to be updated, an organization administrator must make a request to do so by emailing customersuccess@givegab.com. Please do not include your bank account information in this email.

A GiveGab Customer Success representative will follow up with you, verify that you are an admin of the organization, and proceed to help you update your bank information securely within the platform.
