Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.
Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard.
You can easily access your Partner Dashboard through your Personal Dashboard. Once logged into GiveGab, select the Partner Dashboard you want to manage.
Step 2: Click on the "Donation Report" page.
The "Donation Report" page is located under the dropdown "Donations" in the sidebar.
Step 3: Select "Add Offline Donation".
Click the blue "Actions" button then click "Add Offline Donation".
Step 4: Award the offline donation.
Use the Donor's First Name and the Donor's Last Name fields to enter in the name of either the prize or sponsor that corresponds with the offline donation. This text will appear on the organization's donation report and on their donor wall.
Then, enter in the donation amount that you'd like to award, and click the "Create Donation" button.
The total amount will then be awarded to the organization's top-line totals, and will appear on their donor wall and their organization's donation report!
