Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.
Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard.
You can easily access your Partner Dashboard through your Personal Dashboard. Once logged into GiveGab, select the Partner Dashboard you want to manage.
Step 2: Click on the "Prizes" tab.
The "Prizes" page is located under the "Engagement Tools" dropdown on the sidebar.
Step 3: Head to the Prize Winners section.
Scroll down until you've reached the "Prize Winners" section of the Prizes page. This is where you'll delete the offline donation.
Step 4: Scroll to the prize winner whose offline donation you'd like to delete.
Once you've selected the prize winner, click the blue arrow to the right of the "Edit" button. This will open a drop-down menu. Click the "Delete Offline Donation" button, then "OK" on the pop-up prompt to confirm the permanent deletion of the offline gift.
Once confirmed, the offline donation will be permanently removed from the organization's totals, from their donor wall, from their donation report, and from the donation report on your Partner Dashboard.
