How do I remove an admin from a participating organization?

Learn how to remove an administrator for organizations participating in your Giving Day.

Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

Log in to www.bonterratech.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.

Step 2: Select the organization

From the sidebar, select the "Manage Organizations" dropdown and click on "View Organizations". Next, select the gear icon under the "Actions" column.

Step 3: Navigate to the organization's profile

Once you have clicked the gear icon, you'll be brought directly to the profile of the organization you're looking to view. From the organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organization” dropdown and select "Supporters" from the dropdown.

Step 4: Revoke admin access

Supporters with a blue key icon next to their names have full admin access to the profile. Supporters with a blue clipboard icon have giving day profile editor access to the profile. To remove either of those privileges, simply click on the blue key icon or the blue clipboard icon next to the individual you'd like to remove as an admin. A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you'd like to remove that admin. Just click "OK," and that access will be removed!
