Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Supporters Dashboard

From your organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organizations” Tab and select the "Supporters" page from the dropdown menu to view your organization's supporters.

Step 3: Revoke access

Supporters with a blue key icon next to their names have full administrative access to your organization's profile. Supporters with a blue clipboard icon have giving day profile editor access to the profile. If you're not sure what the difference is between an administrator and a giving day profile editor, check out this article!

To remove either of those privileges, simply click on the relevant icon next to the individual whose rights you'd like to revoke. A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you'd like to remove that admin or profile editor. Just click "OK," and that user's access will be removed.
