Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

Click on the dropdown next to "Viewing Dashboard For" in the middle and at the bottom of the page to toggle between Dashboards. Then select the organization name of the profile you'd like to access from the options.

Step 2: View Supporters Page

From your organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organizations” tab on the left sidebar. Select "Supporters" from the dropdown options.

Step 3: Identify Administrators & Profile Editors

In the supporters list, supporters with a blue key icon next to their names have full admin access to your profile. Supporters with a blue clipboard icon have giving day profile editor access to the profile. If you're not sure what the difference is between an administrator, and a giving day profile editor, check out this article!

Click on "Full Admin Access" or "Edit Giving Day Profiles Only" as shown in the image below. This will bring the administrators to the top of your supporter's list. You can identify administrators by the blue key next to the word "Admin".

All of the supporters that appear when you click these buttons will be labeled as such:

  • Blue Key = Administrator Access

  • Gray Key = Non-administrator

  • Blue Clipboard = Giving Day Profile Editor

  • Gray Clipboard = Non-Giving Day Profile Editor

At this point, if you're looking to grant administrative or profile editing access, revoke access, or add supporters or administrators, read on for further instruction!

If you would like to make a current supporter an administrator or Giving Day profile editor, click on their gray key or clipboard to turn it blue, giving them administrative access.

If you are looking to remove administrators or Giving Day profile editors, click on their blue key or clipboard to turn it gray, thereby revoking administrative access.

If you are looking to add an administrator that is not already a supporter, click "Add Member" on this page:

You'll be able to choose to add them as just a supporter, or give them a specific level of access when adding them!
