Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard.

If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Supporters Dashboard

From your organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organizations” Tab and select the "Supporters" link from the dropdown to view your Supporters Dashboard.

Step 3: Filter your Supporters by the Admin Column

In the supporters list, supporters with a blue key icon next to their names have full admin access to your profile. Supporters with a blue clipboard icon have Giving Day profile editor access to the profile. If you're not sure about the difference between an administrator and a Giving Day profile editor, check out this article!

Click on "Full Admin Access" or "Edit Giving Day Profiles Only" as seen in the image below. This will bring the administrators to the top of your supporter's list. You can identify administrators by their blue key under the word "Admin".

All of the supporters that appear when you click these buttons will be labeled as follows:

  • Blue Key = Administrator Access

  • Gray Key = Non-administrator

  • Blue Clipboard = Giving Day Profile Editor

  • Gray Clipboard = Non-Giving Day Profile Editor
