Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Event Editor
From your Admin Dashboard, click the "Events" tab. From there, click the "Edit" button within the event you’re looking to access.
Step 3: Click the "Event Fundraising" tab.
This is where you’ll create your Registration Code.
Step 4: Scroll down to section labeled "Registration Code" and click "Add Coupon".
Click on “Add Code”.
Two boxes will appear. In the first, labeled "Registration Code", enter the code, that you will send to registrants for the discounted fee. In the second box, labeled "Fee", you will enter the amount you want people using the registration code to pay.
Note: The second box (the one marked "Fee"), represents the final amount you want registrants with the code to pay, it does not represent the discount you want applied to their fee. If registration for your event costs $3, and you want registrants with the coupon code to pay $1, put "1" in the box.
Step 5: Always remember to hit save!
Click “Save” to save the code.
