GiveGab's approval process allows Giving Day hosts to review organizations before they can fully participate in a Giving Day. In this article, we'll cover how to review and change the registration status of organizations.
Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard
First, navigate to your Partner Dashboard by selecting your Giving Day beneath the "Your Giving Days" header.
Step 2: Review the Organization's Application
Once you have clicked on your Giving Day, select the "Manage Organizations" dropdown from the sidebar, then select "View Organizations". This is where all the information lives that you'll use to approve registered organizations. By scrolling to the right, you can see all the information that the organization provided on their registration application. (Or, you can download all information about an organization in the form of a .CSV by following the instructions here.)
Step 3: Update the Organization's approval status
Once you determine whether the organization meets all the necessary requirements, use the dropdown menu under the "Status" column header to select the desired status. This will trigger an email notification informing the organization of their updated status.
Please note: Each time a status is selected, an organization will be automatically notified via email. For this reason, ensure that you are only selecting the appropriate status once!
