Pending

Pending is the default status that organizations will be placed in once they have applied to participate. The pending status signifies that no action has been taken by you, the partner, since the organization has applied. Organizations in this status will not be searchable on the public-facing site.

In Review

The In Review status is used when you have reviewed their application, but additional information is required from the organization before you can approve their status. It is recommended to follow up in a separate communication to organizations in this status with details about what is required. Organizations in this status will not be searchable on the public-facing site.

Many Giving Day partners who do not have a lengthy review process may opt to skip this status, and simply move from Pending to Approved or Ineligible.

Approved

The Approved status is used when the organization meets all requirements in order to participate. If organizations need to be verified by GiveGab's internal verification process, it is recommended to wait until they are verified before approving organizations to participate. Approved organizations will appear on the public-facing site.

Ineligible

The Ineligible status is used when organizations have not met requirements by your chosen deadline, or cannot meet requirements.
