Once your organization has received donations on GiveGab, our payment partner, Stripe, will automatically transfer the donations into your bank account in 5 business days on a rolling basis. Weekends and holidays will delay this process. The payout will reference BonterraTech.com and/or Stripe on your bank statement and include the total payout amount for that day.

You can view a breakdown of all your donations by downloading a comprehensive donations report from the "Reports" Tab of your Admin Dashboard on GiveGab. This file will include the donation amount, the amount in credit card and platform fees, and the total payout amount and payout date for each donation.

Note: GiveGab is becoming Bonterra! Because of this, payouts will reflect BonterraTech.com on your bank account statements as of September 2022.
