Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Campaign Editor
From your admin dashboard, select the "Fundraising Campaigns" tab to be taken to a view of all your current fundraising campaigns.
Step 3: Find and Select the Campaign you'd like to Update
Find the campaign you'd like to update, and select the "Edit" button furthest to the right to be taken to your campaign settings.
Step 4: Check the 'Stop Accepting New Donations' Box
Scroll down in the General Info tab to the little check box that says “Stop Accepting New Donations.” Check that box, then make sure to hit the “Save” button at the top of that section. Now your campaign will no longer accept donations!
