Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Donations Dashboard
In your Admin Dashboard, click on “Reports" to expand that menu. Select "Donations" to navigate to your organization’s donation records and information.
Step 3: Edit a Donation
Select the pencil icon on the left side of the Donations Dashboard next to the donation you'd like to reallocate.
Step 4: Reallocate the Donation
Once you click on that icon, you'll have to opportunity to attribute the donation to a different campaign, fundraiser, or team. Once you've made your changes, just click "Save" and your donation will be reallocated.
