How do I review and update the required information to continue accepting donations?

Step 1: Navigate to your Bank Account & Verification page

From your Admin Dashboard, click the 'Manage Organization' tab on the left navigation panel. Then, select 'Bank Account & Verification' from the newly expanded dropdown.

Step 2: Review and update your verification details

Click the 'Update Verification Details' button under 'Manage Payments Verification'.

Step 3: Add and or update any required information

You will be directed to a secure form hosted by our payment processor, Stripe.

Once you complete the form, you will have a chance to review a summary of your details. When ready, click the 'Confirm' button to submit your information and initiate the verification process.
