Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Financials Page
Click on "Reports" while in your Admin Dashboard and select the "Financials" option.
Step 3: Click on the Refunds Tab
While on the financials page, click on the "Refunds" tab in the left sidebar to view all refunds that have been historically made from your organization.

Please note: If you would like to process a refund for a donation that your organization has received, you will need to fill out this form. From there, we'll review the request on our end and confirm with you if we are able to process the refund.
