If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Click on "Reports" while in your Admin Dashboard and select the "Financials" option.

On the left menu, click "Payouts" to view a list of the payouts made to your organization.

Choose and click on a payout for which you would like to view the individual donations included. You'll need to click payout ID you want to view under "ID" in the table.

Once the payout ID is clicked, it will bring you to the bottom of the page where the individual donations included in that deposit can be found. You can also download a CSV with a copy of this data.

If the payout appears blank once clicked, it was likely a direct deposit from the host of your giving day. This payout may include funds from site-wide matches, challenges, prizes, or DAF donations. Check with your Giving Day host or connect with Customer Success in the blue chat bubble to see what comprises this payout.
