Step 1: Navigate to your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to your Giving Day Dashboard
From the “Home” tab of your Admin Dashboard on www.givegab.com, click on the name of your Giving Day from the Giving Day banner highlighted below.
Step 3: Add External Fund Number(s)
From your Giving Day Dashboard click the "Add External Fund" button.
Input the external fund number for the corresponding profile/support area and click "Add" to save.
Step 4: View Your Reports
Once you start to receive donations through your Giving Day campaign you will see the provided external fund numbers appended to each applicable gift. Note - external fund numbers can be added after donations have been received and will retroactively apply themselves to applicable gifts.
Scroll over to the "Campaign" column to view the external fund number.
