If organizations do not need to be approved to participate
Organizations that do not need to be approved to participate will receive only one communication - the registration confirmation message. Please navigate to the dropdown "Manage Organizations" then, select "Registration Setup". From here, this message can be customized in the "Registration Email Greeting" field beneath the Registration Communications header.
If organizations need to be approved to participate
Organizations that need to be approved to participate will receive email communications and dashboard messages that correlate with the approval status that they are currently in. To review the different approval statuses and how to change organization statuses, please check out this Help Center section.
Step 1: Expand the Email Copy Tab
Beneath the Registration Communications heading, click on "Email Copy" to expand the tab.
Step 2: Enter email copy for each approval status
Fill in each email copy field with the message that correlates with each approval status.
Note: Registrants will automatically receive the "Pending" email copy and be placed in the pending status once they submit their registration.
Step 3: Expand the Dashboard Copy tab
Once you've finalized your email copy, select "Dashboard Copy" to expand the Dashboard Copy tab. What is entered in the Dashboard Copy tab is what will appear on the Giving Day Dashboard of each organization and correlate to the approval status phase they are in.
Step 4: Enter dashboard copy for each approval status
Fill in each dashboard copy field with the message that correlates with each approval status.
Step 5: Save your changes
Once you've completed each field, click the blue "Save" button to save your changes.
