How do I set up a site-wide Challenge?

Step 1: Navigate to your Engagement Tools

From your Partner Dashboard, click to expand the 'Engagement Tools' tab on the left navigation panel. Then, click 'Matches & Challenges'.

Step 2: Configure your Matches & Challenges Settings

On your 'Matches & Challenges' page, you can configure settings to:

  • allow participating organizations to create their Matches & Challenges

  • enable auto-matching for any offline donations for site-wide Matches

  • reveal the 'Matches' page so it can be viewed publicly

Step 3: Add your Challenge

Click the 'Challenges' tab. Then, click the '+ Add Challenge' button.

Step 4: Enter your Challenge details

A form will appear after clicking the '+ Add Challenge' button, prompting you to enter basic details about your Challenge.

Here, you can specify the donation amount needed to unlock the Challenge, Sponsor details, and criteria such as the type of Challenge, goal, and Eligibility Rules.

Step 5: Save your Challenge

When you are all set, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. Your Challenge will now appear in the list of your site-wide Challenges.
