Feature Overview: Custom Pages

Custom pages appear as part of your Giving Day site’s navigation and follow the URL format:

https://[your-giving-day-site]/info/[custom-page-slug]

These unique pages allow you to create tailored, content-rich pages that enhance your event site beyond the standard homepage. You can use them to:

  • include detailed resources for participating nonprofits and donors

  • create a more professional, branded experience

  • provide essential information in a structured, easy-to-find format

Utilizing our built-in editor with flexible snippet templates, you can create a dynamic, information-rich Giving Day site with minimal technical effort!

Feature Availability

Only Giving Day administrators with access to the Partner Dashboard can create and manage custom pages. This includes team members who manage the overall Giving Day platform and communications.

Participating nonprofits and donors do not have access to this feature.

Using Snippets & HTML Customization

For more control over layout and styling, administrators can use HTML and Bootstrap 3 within custom pages. We also offer custom HTML snippet templates, which allow you to quickly build out polished content blocks, such as text/image sections, buttons, and formatted containers, by copying and pasting reusable code.

These snippets help maintain consistency across pages and simplify editing, even for those with limited coding experience.
