How do I customize my fundraising event's "Thank You" for registrants?

Instantly delight your fundraising event registrants with a custom automatic thank you message that comes right from your organization

Step 1: Navigate to your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Event Editor

From the home tab on your Admin Dashboard, click "edit" for the "Fundraising Event" that you're looking to create a thank you message for.

Step 3: Customize Your Thank You Message

From the Editor page, click the "Custom Thank You" tab from your left side navigation. Here you can add your custom thank you message, add an image to your message, or in place of an image you can add a YouTube or Vimeo link to be featured on your thank you message. 

There is a section called "Thank You Message for Registrants" which is specifically for thanking registrants.

Once you've customized your Thank You message click "Save" and your changes will automatically be reflected on your next donor's thank you email!
