In order to register a returning Business Fundraiser for your upcoming giving day, the user registering must have existing admin access to that Business Fundraiser. As the host of the giving day, you have the ability to add these users as administrators in cases where the prior user is not able to grant this access to a new user.

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

Log in to www.givegab.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.

If you are granting access to a returning Business Fundraiser that has not yet registered for this year's giving day, click on your partner dashboard for last year's giving day.

Step 2: Select the Business Fundraiser

As an admin for your giving day, you can access the Admin Dashboard for all participating Business Fundraisers. From your sidebar select "Engagement Tools". Then, on the dropdown menu, select "Business Fundraisers".

Clicking this will take you to a list of all participating Business Fundraisers where you can select the gear icon next to the Business Fundraiser you're working with.

Step 3: Navigate to the Business Fundraiser's dashboard

Once you have clicked the gear icon you will be taken to the Business Fundraiser's dashboard. Now you can navigate to the "Administrators" tab where you can add or remove administrators.

Once you click the "Add Administrator" button after entering the user's information, the new administrator will receive an email letting them know they have been granted access with instructions for how to sign in and access their Business Fundraiser profile.

An automated email with the subject line "You have been added as an administrator for (fundraiser name)" will be sent to the new administrator for confirmation. If the administrator has never logged into GiveGab before, then the email will also contain instructions on how to access the account.
