How to invite Business Fundraisers

Learn how to invite Business Fundraisers to your Giving Day!

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

Log in to www.givegab.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Business Fundraisers" Page

On the sidebar, select the "Engagement Tools" dropdown, then select "Business Fundraisers".

Step 3: Invite Business Fundraisers

Once on the "Business Fundraiser" page, select the blue "Invite Fundraiser" button.

Step 4: Fill out the Business Fundraiser's information

Selecting the "Invite Fundraiser" button will open a form to fill out your Business Fundraiser's information. After you've filled in the Business Name, Admin First and Last Name, and Admin Email Address, select "Send Invite."

Note: If you are using the Approval Process (set up on the "Settings" tab), you will be asked to assign an Approval Status to the Business before you send the invite.

To add multiple Business Fundraisers, simply repeat Steps 3 and 4.

Step 5: View your Business Fundraisers

Once you've invited a Business Fundraiser, their information will appear on your Business Fundraiser tab.
