Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

Log in to www.givegab.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Business Fundraisers" page

From the sidebar, select the "Engagement Tools" dropdown, then select the "Business Fundraisers" page.

Step 3: Select the Settings Tab

Once on your "Business Fundraisers" page, select the "Settings" tab to configure your Business Fundraisers.

Step 4: Configure Business Fundraiser Settings

On the "Settings" tab, you'll have the opportunity to configure basic settings for your Business Fundraisers. Let's walk through each one by one:

  1. Allow business fundraisers to register themselves: Selecting this setting will allow potential business fundraisers to register themselves after navigating to the /business_fundraisers page on your Giving Day site. If you'd like to keep business fundraisers as an invite-only opportunity, leave this unchecked.

  2. Registration copy: If you allow business fundraisers to register themselves, completing the "Registration Copy" field will provide a message for them to see at the top of the registration page.

  3. Business fundraisers require approval: If you'd like to allow business fundraisers to register themselves, but have some oversight on their pages before they are set live on your Giving Day site, enable this setting. When this setting is enabled, you, or another member of your team, will have to approve business fundraisers as they register. Note that once this is enabled, you will be prompted to add messaging that businesses will receive based on their status (pending, approved, ineligible).

  4. Approval Status Messaging - Pending, Approved, Ineligible: Business fundraisers will receive an email notifying them when their approval status changes. You may enter a message for each status: Pending, Approved, and Ineligible.

  5. Business Fundraiser Welcome Message: The welcome message will appear at the top of the business fundraisers' dashboard.

  6. Cover Photo: We encourage our partners to add a standard cover photo for business fundraiser pages in the event that businesses do not upload one themselves. All business fundraisers will have the opportunity to update it to one of their own, as well as add their logo.

Step 5: Save your changes

Once you've added your Welcome Message and Cover photo, be sure to save your changes by selecting the blue "Save Settings" button.

Step 6: Create a Business Fundraiser Survey (Optional)

To gather more information about your Business Fundraisers, you can create a Business Fundraiser survey. To get started, select "Create Business Fundraiser Survey."

From there, you'll be able to create a custom survey that will appear on your Business Fundraisers' profiles.
