Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.
Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard
Log in to www.givegab.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.
Step 2: Select the Registration Setup tab
Locate and select the "Manage Organizations" dropdown on the sidebar. Then, select the "Registration Setup" page.
Step 3: Add a Registration Coupon
Navigate to the Registration Coupons section and click on the blue "Add Code" button.
Step 4: Enter code details
When creating a Registration Coupon, you'll be prompted to enter two details: coupon code and fee.
The coupon code is what will need to be entered by an organization in order to be charged the associated fee.
For example, if you are offering a $0 registration fee scholarship for certain qualifying organizations, you might make the code SCHOLARSHIP2024 and enter 0 in the fee field. When scholarship organizations register, they will be prompted to enter a code and enter SCHOLARSHIP2024 to take advantage of the $0 fee.
Step 5: Archive code (Optional)
If you created a code but would like to prevent it from being used going forward, you can select the "Archive this code to prevent it from being used" checkbox.
Step 6: Save your Registration Coupons
Once you've entered the necessary details for your Coupon Code, click on the blue "Save" button.
Step 7: Add additional Registration Coupons
Multiple Registration Coupons may be created and used simultaneously. To create additional Registration Coupons, simply repeat steps 3 through 6!
