Please take the following steps to upload your signed MOU &amp; latest 501(c)(3) to your Washington County Gives Dashboard.

First, find the MOU to download &amp; sign <a href="https://gg-day-of-giving.s3.amazonaws.com/wacounty2023/CombinedMOU_WashCoGives2023.pdf" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

When you are ready to upload your documents, head to your dashboard &amp; click on the box that says, "Please provide documents as requested by Washington County Gives".

Then, you can upload &amp; save your MOU &amp; your 501(c)(3) as seen below.

To pay your registration fee online, please visit <a href="https://secure.qgiv.com/for/cfowcmi" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://secure.qgiv.com/for/cfowcmi</a>. You may also choose to bring your signed MOU &amp; registration payment directly to the Community Foundation office. Please do not mail registration materials, due to USPS delays.
