If your attempted donations were initially blocked or failed before finally succeeding, you may see the blocked charges on your statement.

This occurs when a payment is authorized by your bank but is ultimately blocked from processing due to a restriction on GiveGab's end. For example, GiveGab does not allow payments where the zipcode or CVC code does not match what is on file at your bank. If your payment is blocked for this reason or a similar one, you may temporarily see the charges as pending on your account statement but they will never succeed and debit your account.

Failed or blocked payments typically "fall off" your statement within 7 business days.

If this period has elapsed, and failed payments are still appearing on your statement, please contact GiveGab's Customer Success team via CustomerSuccess@GiveGab.com or through the blue chat bubble.
