How can I resend a donor's receipt?

You can re-send a donor's receipt at any time - whether it is five days after your giving event, or even five months after your giving event!

Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to the "Donations" page

From the sidebar, select the dropdown "Donations", then select "Donation Report".

Step 3: Send the donor their receipt

Find the donor you'd like to reissue a receipt for, then click the small receipt icon under the "Actions" column to reissue the donor their receipt!

Step 4: Confirm the recipient

When clicking on the receipt icon, you will be prompted to confirm the email address that the receipt was sent to previously OR you may indicate any other email address you would like to send the receipt to. If the donor did not receive their original receipt due to a typo in their email address, now is your opportunity to correct the email address or select a different one to which it should be sent. Once you confirm the email address and make any changes, select "Send Receipt."

Note: If your donor has requested a printed receipt, you can use this process to send yourself the receipt to print out and mail to your donor!
