Registration for Washington County Gives 2023 opened on January 23, 2023 and will remain open until February 24, 2023! From www.washingtoncountygives.org click "Registration is now open!" on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Note: Registration fees will be paid outside of GiveGab. See Step 5 for more information.

After clicking the "Registration is now open!" button you'll be prompted to search for your organization. Once you've entered your organization's name or EIN in the search bar, click the "Enter" key on your keyboard to search.

If your organization has fundraised on GiveGab, click the "Participate" button next to your organization's name. After clicking "Participate" you'll be directed to log into your GiveGab account to finish the registration process for Washington County Gives.

If your organization does not appear in the search results, don't fret! Just click the "Add My Organization" button to continue with the registration process.

If you clicked the the "Add My Organization" button, you'll be directed to this registration form where you'll be prompted to enter some basic information about your organization. This is also where you'll create your personal login to access and edit your organization's Washington County Gives profile. You can add additional administrators to your organization's account once you've registered. Once this section is complete click the "Continue" button.

After completing the steps above you'll be directed to the final page before your registration for Washington County Gives is complete. Here you'll need to answer the required survey questions. If your 501(c)(3) and completed Memorandum of Understanding are ready at this time, you can upload them here. Otherwise, you can return to your dashboard and upload these documents online at a later date, or bring them to the Community Foundation office along with your registration fee. Once the survey is complete, click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process. You'll receive an email confirmation and automatically be redirected to your Washington County Gives dashboard on GiveGab where you can begin customizing your Washington County Gives profile. 

Nonprofit organizations with paid staff have a registration fee of $300, while organizations with volunteer staff have a registration fee of $65. You may pay for registration by credit card at https://secure.qgiv.com/for/cfowcmi or by hand-delivering a check and materials to 37 S. Potomac St., Hagerstown MD, 21740 on Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm.
