Step 1: Navigate to your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Supporters Dashboard
From your organization’s Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organization” Tab and select the "Supporters" link from the dropdown to view your Supporters Dashboard.
Once on the "Supporters" Dashboard, click the "Import Members" button to begin adding your supporters to GiveGab.
Step 3: Upload Your Supporters by CSV file
Click on the white "Choose File" button to and select the CSV file from your computer. Next, press the "Upload" button to upload the document. Your CSV file must include the supporter's (1) first name, (2) last name, and (3) email address in that order.
Step 4: Confirm Your Upload
Click the blue "Upload" button and you should see a green check mark indicating the CSV file has been added successfully and that your supporters have been added to GiveGab!
