Learn how to purchase an eCard for a Giving Day

Step 1: Starting the Purchase

To navigate to the eCard purchase screen, locate your Giving Day's URL and add "/ecards" to the end of the URL. For example, for the giving day Giving is Gorges 2021, you would go to

On this page, you will be asked to:

  1. Enter eCard balance

  2. Enter the name of the eCard recipient, if purchasing for someone else

  3. Enter the recipient's email

  4. Enter a message for the recipient

  5. If an error was made, you can remove this eCard

After filling out this information, you can either Add Another eCard, or click Next to move onto the payment screen

Step 2: Input Your Credit Card Information

Enter your credit card information to initiate the purchase. eCards can only be purchased with a credit or debit card.

Step 3: Submit

Finally, submit your payment information to complete the purchase. You will receive an email receipt of the purchase, and the recipient of the eCard will receive an email with the eCard number, PIN, amount the eCard is worth, and expiration date.

Please note: eCards are non-refundable. The purchase of an eCard is NOT tax-deductible. The recipient of the eCard is eligible to claim the tax deduction when they use their eCard.
