Registering Your Organization
Upon completing and mailing this form to the Nevada Secretary of State's Office, your organization will be assigned a Nevada Business ID.
Some organizations, like religious organizations or government agencies, may be exempt from Charitable Solicitation Registration. If your organization falls under this category, you should complete the form below to confirm your exemption status with the Secretary of State's Office.
Note: All states that require charitable registration do accept the Unified Registration Statement. This could save you time if you have to register in multiple states!
