Once your event is live and someone has already purchased a swag item, you won't be able to remove it completely from the Swag Items section in your campaign editor. This prevents any valuable data from being lost in the removal process. What you can do instead is archive the item to prevent future registrants from being able to choose it! This also allows you to reference it at any time without it reappearing on your event form.
To learn how to archive an item instead of deleting it, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Event Editor
From your Admin Dashboard, click the "Events" tab. From there, click the "Edit" button within the event you’re looking to access.
Step 3: Archive your Swag Item
Head to the Swag Items tab within your event editor to hide it from your event's registration form. Select the Edit button for the desired swag.
On this page you'll see a checkbox prompting you to "archive" the item. Click that checkbox and then click save!
You can always "unarchive" an item, too, in case you want to re-add it to your registration form at a later time.
