The GiveGab Embeddable Donation Form has a direct link to GiveGab via the blue chat bubble you see in the bottom right hand corner:
Any donor that is having trouble making their gift can reach out to the GiveGab Customer Success Team, and we will work with them to ensure their gift can be completed.
This takes the pressure off of your organization to provide tech support for donation processing issues, and allows the donor to receive prompt and relevant support as they need it!

GiveGab Customer Success is available from 9AM - 5PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. During this time a member of our team will typically get back to you within 2 hours of your inquiry so we can provide assistance when you need it most. If you write in outside of that time period a member of the Customer Success Team will always get back to you within 1 business day. Limited chat support is available on evenings and weekends.
