Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to the Log Hours Section of the Admin Dashboard

From the "Home" tab of your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Volunteering" tab on the left hand navigation and select "Log Hours" from the dropdown. 

Step 3: Edit Information about the Volunteering Opportunity

After clicking “Log Hours,” you’ll be taken to a form where you can enter the Organization or Group name that held the opportunity. Next, select the opportunity name, the opportunity date, the task they completed, add the number of hours they volunteered, and add any comments or a description.

When you’re finished click the “Apply/Change Hours” button.

Step 4: Add Members that Participated in the Volunteering Opportunity

Once you’ve applied those changes, you can find and add members you want to attribute hours to by searching for their name and clicking the “Add” button.

After adding all of your volunteers, you’re ready to log those hours. Click the “Log Hours” button, and your members will receive a confirmation email about the hours – and the hours will show up on their Impact page!
