Step 1: Navigate to your #iGiveCatholic Dashboard

From the “Home” tab of your Admin Dashboard on, click on the “#iGiveCatholic” text within the #iGiveCatholic Banner highlighted below.

Step 2: Manage Support Areas

We will be using the Support Areas feature, to create a profile for the organization that you are adopting. To create a Support Area, click the "Manage Support Areas" option, located on the right side menu:

Step 3: Add Support Area

From the Manage Support Areas page, click on the orange "Add Support Area" Button.

Title the support area with the name and city of your Twin Organization, and click "Save."

Step 4: Customize your Twin Organization's Profile

Tell the story of your Twin Organization to enhance donor experience and educate supporters on the work that this organization does.

The components of your Twin Organization's profile that you can customize include:

a) Title: Your title will serve as the display name of your Twin Organization on your #iGiveCatholic profile.
b) Video Link: You can choose to include a Youtube or Vimeo link to display a video about your Twin Organization on their profile.
c) Support Area Page Link: customize the URL so that donors can more easily find your twin organization's profile. It will also be a good idea to share this URL with your twin organization!

d) Position: With Support Areas, you have the option to choose the position of each profile. For your twin profile put the position to '1' so that it appears at the top of the list on your #iGiveCatholic profile.
e) Cover Photo: Just like you can on Facebook or Twitter, you can upload a cover photo to help illustrate the story behind your Twin Organization. Your cover photo should be a large, horizontal image, at least 1500 pixels by 500 pixels, but no larger than 5 MB.

f) Set A Goal: Set your Twin Organization's fundraising goal so donors can see how close this organization is to meeting their goal!
g) Story Image: The story image should be a medium-sized, horizontal image, around 500 pixels by 300 pixels, but no larger than 5MB.
The story image will be the image that is shared on social media, so this image should illustrate the story behind your Twin Organization just as your cover photo does.
h) Story: Use this section to illustrate the history of your Twin Organization; goals they're trying to achieve, or current program offerings to give donors more information and encourage them to support your Twin Organization.
i) Thank You Message: Use this part of the profile to thank your donors for giving to this organization's profile.

Step 5: Add Donation Levels

Adding donation levels is a great way to help donors visualize the impact of their gift within your Twin Organization. We recommend creating 3-5 donation levels. To add donation levels, navigate to the "Donation Levels" tab, then click on the blue "Add Donation Level" button.

Once you've clicked that button, you can customize each donation level's dollar amount, description, and image.

Step 6: Add Peer to Peer Fundraisers

Peer to Peer Fundraisers are individual supporters that have their own personal fundraising pages for your Twin Organization. To add and manage your fundraisers, click the "Fundraisers" tab.

In this section, you can add fundraisers, enable fundraisers to sign themselves up, and customize the default story and dollar goal that appears on each fundraiser's profile.

Step 7: Create Matches and Challenges

Similar to your Giving Day profile, you can also create matches and challenges specifically for your support areas. To add a match or challenge, click the "Matching" tab, then select the "Add Match Commitment" button if you'd like to add a match, or the "Add Challenge" button if you'd like to add a challenge.
