How do I request administrative access to my organization?

Note: The quickest way to gain administrative access is to ask the current administrator to grant you access!

They can follow the instructions outlined in this article to grant you administrative access to manage your organization's profile.

If they are no longer with your organization (or unavailable to approve your request), our team will be happy to help - just follow the steps below!

Step 1: Reach out to our Support team

Connect with us via the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner of the page or by emailing us directly at customersuccess@givegab.com.

Step 2: Submit your letter of request

You can drop your letter directly into the chat or share it as an attachment in your e-mail.

Your letter should confirm that the current administrator on your account is no longer associated with your organization and that you are authorized to take over managing the account.

This letter can come directly from you or someone else in your organization, and it should:

  1. indicate the exact name(s) and e-mail address(es) of the user(s) that should receive administrative access

  2. indicate the exact name(s) and e-mail address(es) of any user(s) whose admin access should be revoked (if applicable)

  3. be written on your organization's official letterhead (the letterhead should also include your organization's address)

  4. be dated with today's date

  5. be signed using a handwritten (or DocuSign/electronic) signature​
