Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.
Step 1: Navigate to the Landing Page Builder
To access the "Landing Page Builder", head to the sidebar and select the dropdown "Content & Design" then select the page.
Step 2: Choose Sandbox as the Phase to Manage
Under Landing Page Sections, select the "Sandbox" phase. Using this feature allows you to preview your Landing Page before setting it live.
Step 3: Add a Section
Click the "Add Section" button to choose a new section to add to the Landing Page for the respective phase. You’ll be prompted with a dropdown where you can select what type of section you would like to add. Then select "Add".
Step 4: Use the Actions button to customize
Use the "Actions" button to move the new section up or down in the order on the Landing Page, or to edit that section. Not all sections allow for edits.
Note: Be sure to save your changes in this step if presented with a Save button before moving on to the next step!
Step 5: Preview the Landing Page
If you would like to preview the changes made to the Landing Page without making them live on the giving day site, click the "Preview Page" button before you click the "Save" button to see the changes in a preview state.
Step 6: Use Action Button to Add Sections to your Landing Page
Once you have reviewed your page and you are ready to add the sections to your Landing Page, use the "Action" button to select the "Add to Landing Page" option.
You will then be prompted to choose which Landing Page phase you want to add it to. Once you select "Move Section", the section will be added to the bottom of the selected Landing Page. You may move it to a different position afterwards.
