Registration for Give for Good Louisville is now officially open! From this URL click the "Register" button on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Step 1: Go to

From click "Register" on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Search for Your Organization

After clicking "Register", you'll be prompted to search for your organization on GiveGab. Once you've entered your organization's name or EIN in the search bar, results will automatically load below.

If your organization has participated in a previous Give for Good Louisville or has previously fundraised on GiveGab, click "Participate" next to your organization's name. After clicking "Participate", you'll be directed to login to your GiveGab account to finish the registration process for Give for Good Louisville.

If your organization does not appear in the search results, don't fret! Just click the "Add My Organization" button to get set up and continue with the registration process.

Step 3: Add Your Organization

If you clicked "Add My Organization", you'll be directed to this registration form where you'll be prompted to enter some basic information about your organization. This is also where you'll create your personal login to access and edit your organization's Give for Good Louisville profile. You can add additional administrators to your organization's account once you've registered. Once this section is complete click the "Continue" button.

Step 4: Complete Registration Survey

After completing the steps above, you'll be directed to the final page before your registration for Give for Good Louisville is complete. Here, you'll answer the required survey questions before finalizing your organization's registration for Give for Good Louisville.

Select the appropriate registration tier based on your organization's size. You'll be asked to provide documentation below to help the Give for Good Louisville team verify this selection prior to completing your payment.

Be sure to upload your organization's 990 in PDF format at the bottom of the registration survey, or your completed W-9 if you selected Church, School, or Government Entity in Question #13. If your organization is fiscally sponsored, you will need to upload documentation for proof (i.e. fiscal sponsorship agreement, or a letter from the organization stating your sponsorship).

Step 5: Pay the registration fee

Here, you'll enter the payment information for registration. You will receive a receipt for this payment.

Once your registration is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation receipt and automatically be redirected to your Give for Good Louisville 2022 dashboard on GiveGab where you can begin customizing your profile for this year's Giving Day. If you participated last year, you'll be able to copy over your profile from 2021 so you don't have to start from scratch!

Approval Process

Once you've submitted your registration form, the Give for Good Louisville team will need to verify your nonprofit status. On your giving day dashboard, you will be able to check your approval status. Upon submitting the registration form, all organizations will be marked as "Pending". If you are not eligible to participate, or the team requires additional information, you will receive an email from GiveGab and/or the Community Foundation of Louisville.

If your organization is not currently able to accept donations through the GiveGab platform, this same area of your admin dashboard will notify you of your donation status.
