Step 1: Go to

From click the "Register" button on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Search for Your Organization

After clicking the "Register" button you'll be prompted to search for your organization on GiveGab. Once you've entered your organization's name or EIN in the search bar, click the "Search" button below it.

If your organization has participated in a previous Give for Good Louisville or has fundraised on GiveGab, click the "Participate" button next to your organization's name. After clicking "Participate" you'll be directed to login to your GiveGab account to finish the registration process for Give for Good Louisville.

If your organization does not appear in the search results, don't fret! Just click the "Add My Organization" button to get set up and continue with the registration process.

Step 3: Add Your Organization

If you clicked the the "Add My Organization" button you'll be directed to this registration form where you'll be prompted to enter some basic information about your organization. This is also where you'll create your personal login to access and edit your organization's Give for Good Louisville profile. You can add additional administrators to your organization's account once you've registered. Once this section is complete click the "Continue" button.

Step 4: Complete Registration Survey

Please select the appropriate registration tier based on your organization's size. You'll be asked to provide documentation below to help the Give for Good Louisville team verify this selection prior to completing your payment.

After completing the steps above you'll be directed to the final page before your registration for Give for Good Louisville is complete. Here you'll need to answer the required survey questions before finalizing your organization's registration for Give for Good Louisville.

Be sure to upload your organization's 990 in PDF format at the bottom of the registration survey, or your completed W-9 if you selected Church, School, or Government Entity in Question #13. If your organization is fiscally sponsored, you will need to upload documentation for proof (i.e. fiscal sponsorship agreement, or a letter from the organization stating your sponsorship).

Step 5: Pay the registration fee

Here, you'll enter your payment information for registration.

Once your registration is complete you'll receive an email confirmation receipt and automatically be redirected to your Give for Good Louisville dashboard on GiveGab where you can begin customizing your Give for Good Louisville profile for 2021. If you participated last year, you'll be able to copy over your profile from 2020 so you don't have to start from scratch!

Approval Process

Once you've submitted your registration form, the Give for Good Louisville team will need to verify your nonprofit status. On your ADMIN dashboard, you will be able to check your approval status. Upon submitting the registration form, all organizations will be marked as "Pending". If you are not eligible to participate, or we require additional information, you will receive an email from GiveGab and/or the Community Foundation of Louisville.

If your organization is not currently able to accept donations through the GiveGab platform, this same area of your admin dashboard will notify you of your donation status.
