How do I register for The Big Give (San Antonio) 2024?

Learn how to register your organization to participate in The Big Give (San Antonio) 2024!

Step 1: Navigate to www.thebiggivesa.org

Registration for The Big Give (San Antonio) opens on May 1, 2024, and will remain open until June 30, 2024! From the URL, click the 'Register' button on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Search for Your Organization

After clicking the 'Register' button, you will be prompted to search for your organization. Once you have entered your organization's name or EIN in the search bar, matching results will automatically populate.


​If your organization has participated in a Giving Day through GiveGab previously, it should appear in the search results. Click the 'Participate' button under your organization's name. After clicking 'Participate', you will be directed to log into your GiveGab account to finish the registration process for The Big Give.

​If your organization does not appear in the search results, don't fret! Just click the 'Add My Organization' button to get set up and continue with the registration process.

Step 3: Add Your Organization

If you clicked the 'Add My Organization' button, you will be directed to a registration form where you will be prompted to enter some basic information about your organization. This is also where you will create your personal login to access and edit your organization's profile for The Big Give. You can add additional administrators to your organization's account once you have registered. Once this section is complete, click the 'Continue' button.

Step 4: Complete Registration Survey

After completing the steps above, you will be directed to the final page before your registration for The Big Give is complete. Here you will need to answer the required survey questions before making your payment and finalizing your organization's registration for The Big Give.

Once the survey is complete, you will need to pay the Registration Fee to finalize your registration. See the The Big Give FAQ's for more details. Upon clicking the 'Submit' button, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and automatically be redirected to your Dashboard for The Big Give on GiveGab where you can begin customizing your profile for The Big Give. If you are a returning participant, you may copy over your profile from last year and make updates so you do not have to start from scratch!
