How to register for PWC Gives!

Step 1: Go to

Registration for PWC Gives! 2024 opened on May 15, 2024 and will remain open until August 30, 2024! From click "Register" on the main landing page to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Search for Your Organization

After clicking the "Register" button you'll be prompted to search for your organization. Once you've entered your organization's name or EIN in the search bar, click the "Enter" key on your keyboard to search.

If your organization has fundraised on GiveGab, click the "Participate" button below your organization's name. After clicking "Participate" you'll be directed to login to your GiveGab account to finish the application process for PWC Gives!.

If your organization does not appear in the search results, don't fret! Just click the "Add My Organization" button to get set up and continue with the registration process.

Step 3: Add Your Organization

If you clicked the "Add My Organization" button you'll be directed to this registration form where you'll be prompted to enter some basic information about your organization. This is also where you'll create your personal login to access and edit your organization's PWC Gives! profile. You can add additional administrators to your organization's account once you've registered. Once this section is complete click the "Continue" button.

Step 4: Complete Registration Survey & Pay Fee

After completing the steps above you'll be directed to the final page before your registration for PWC Gives! is complete. Here you'll need to answer the required survey questions and pay the registration fee for your organization before finalizing your organization's registration for PWC Gives!.

If you select the pay by check option, check amounts should be written according to the fee category that best fits your organization. Checks should be made out to Prince William County Community Foundation and mailed to PO Box 5148 Woodbridge, VA 22194. Checks are due by August 30th.

Once the survey is complete you'll receive an email confirmation and automatically be redirected to your PWC Gives! dashboard on GiveGab where you can begin customizing your PWC Gives! profile.
