Note: This article is written for Giving Day hosts. If you are a participant or supporter of a Giving Day, this article may not pertain to your efforts.
Some organizations may need assistance with their profile, or you may find that you need to go and make an update on their behalf. Giving Day partners that have been granted 'profile access' will be able to manage the profiles of their participants. Chat with your Project Manager or Coordinator if you are interested in having this access!
Step 1: Navigate to your Partner Dashboard
Log in to www.givegab.com and navigate to your Partner Dashboard by clicking on your Giving Day.
Step 2: Navigate to the Organization's Dashboard
Select "Manage Organizations" on the sidebar, then click "View Organizations". Once on the "Organizations" page, you'll want to find the organization whose dashboard you need to access for editing. You can do that using the search field. From there, select the gear icon next to that organization's record, and you'll be directed to their Giving Day dashboard.
Step 3: Edit their Giving Day profile
Upon navigating to the organizations' dashboard, you can begin editing the elements of the organization's profile that require updates. A green check next to that section will indicate that it's been completed, and a blue square means there's still some information missing.
