Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard
If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.
Step 2: Navigate to your Enhanced Supporter Profile
From the "Overview Tab" of your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organization Tab" and select the "Supporters" link from the dropdown.
From your Supporters Dashboard, click on the name of the supporter you'd like to message to access their supporter profile.
Step 3: Send Your Message
From their supporter profile click the "Message" button.
Customize your email message and subject. Once your message is ready to send click the "Send" button and it will automatically be emailed to your supporter.
If your supporter replies to your message, it will automatically be sent to the email address that you use when logged into GiveGab!
