Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to your Enhanced Supporter Profiles

From your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organization” Tab from the lefthand side and select the "Supporters" from the dropdown. From Your “Supporters Dashboard”, click on the name of the supporter whose contact information you'd like to update to access their enhanced supporter profile. 

Step 3: Update Contact Information

From their supporter profile, click "Edit" next to "Contact Information" to update their email address, phone number and mailing address. Once you've added their contact information click "Save" for it to be automatically updated on their supporter profile.
