Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your admin dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Expand the Manage Organization Tab

From the "Home Tab" of your Admin Dashboard, expand the "Manage Organization" tab, and select "Supporters" from the dropdown menu that appears

Step 3: Select the Supporter you'd like to Update

Once you've selected "Supporters" find the supporter you'd like to update, and click on their first or last name to be taken to their supporter profile.

Step 4: Add Your Note

From their supporter profile, click the "Add Note" button to record your note in the text box. Once your note is complete, click "Save" and the note will be added to their supporter profile through the enhanced supporter engagement feature on GiveGab.
