We know that it takes a lot of work to build out a robust Giving Day profile. It is important to us that you are able to have access to past profiles so that you can use this content for other fundraising initiatives on GiveGab! Below are step by step instructions on how to access and use content from your past Giving Day profiles.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Admin Dashboard

If your home page is not your Admin Dashboard, click on the drop down box at the bottom of the screen next to “Viewing Dashboard For” to view a list of organizations that you are an administrator for. Click on the name of your organization you’d like to access.

Step 2: Navigate to your Giving Days

Click on the "Giving Days" tab located on the lefthand of the page or click on "View All Giving Days" located under the Giving Day banner highlighted below. This will show all Giving Days your organization has participated in.

Step 3: Select the Giving Day you want to work with

Click on the name of the Giving Day your organization participated in that you would like to access content for.

Step 4: View and save your past Giving Day content

Within your archived Giving Day dashboard, you are able see all components of your past giving day profile. 

You are able to save images that you had used for your cover photo and donation levels! Additionally, you are able to copy your organization's story and thank you message to repurpose it. 

Step 5: Add your content to your campaign or event.
