Step 1: Navigate to your Admin Dashboard

Click the “You” in the top right corner and click “Admin Dashboard” for your organization. If you are an admin of more than one organization make sure you click the right one you want to work on.

Step 2: Navigate to your Giving Day Dashboard

From the “Overview” Tab of your Admin Dashboard on, click on the “Edit Profile” button from the Giving Day banner highlighted below. 

Step 3: Manage Your Donations 

From your Giving day Dashboard, select the "Manage Donations" link located on the right. 

Step 4: Apply Your Match 

Within your donations dashboard, select the "Actions" button next to the offline donation you'd like to apply to your match, and click "Add Match". 

From there, a pop-up window will appear in which you can select the "Match" you're looking to apply to the donation. Once you've chosen your match, just click "Add Match"! After your match has been applied, a corresponding offline donation will be created for the matching dollars, and the progress of the match will reflect the manually applied gift.
